Komet offers a wide variety of bone cutters made of tungsten carbide, ceramics, diamond instruments and “Miniflex“ discs for bone treatments. The instrument shapes were designed to suit the requirements of different indications. The high-quality instru- ments made by Komet are synonymous for outstanding clinical results and minimally invasive, efficient prepara- tions. We are particularly proud of our most recently developed innovations: our bone cutters H254E and H162SL.

                                                           Introduced in 2015, the H162ST is

a well thought-out enhanced version of the established bone cutter type

Lindemann. It is particularly appreciated for its extremely sharp, innovative ST toothing exclusive to Komet.

Periimplantitis: Particularly long instru- ments are available for the smoothing of implants during periimplantitis treatments using resective surgery.
